VIDEO: The Making of Carnival Vista’s RedFrog Pub Brewery

by Carrie McLaren with no comments

One of the many places I love to spend time on Carnival ships is the RedFrog Pub. Trivia, live music, good food and cold beer. What more do you need?

On-Site Brewery Coming to Carnival Vista

How about an on-site brewery right on the ship? Well, that dream is soon to become a reality when the new Carnival Vista sets sail in May 2016.

The Vista will be home to a full-sized brewery, right in the RedFrog Pub featuring ales and lagers with tabletop taps that will allow guests to pour their own beer. Yes, please!

And don’t worry, if you aren’t into beer – the RedFrog Pub serves up plenty of cocktails and rums too.

This new look for the RedFrog Pub and Brewery will also feature indoor and outdoor seating, brewing tours and tastings too. I’m ready for a few pints!

Take A Look Inside

Check out this behind the scenes video with host Peter Gonzalez as he goes behind the scenes to show us the process behind getting a brewery built inside a cruise ship.

This whole construction process is just fascinating to me. I’ve loved watching it all come together. Pretty neat that the decor comes for a shop in Miami. Who knew?!

Ready to Set Sail on the Carnival Vista?

Carnival’s newest, largest and most innovative ship, Carnival Vista is set to debut in Europe May 1, 2016, operating a series of Mediterranean voyages before repositioning to New York for a series of departures in November 2016.

Carnival Vista launches year-round six- and eight-day Caribbean service from Miami in December 2016.

What do you think of the video?
