The temperatures will start cooling down soon (I hope!) and that means Halloween is drawing near. LEGOLAND Florida is preparing for the festivities with the return of Brick or Treat, held select dates in October. (Dates posted below!)
Included with park admission, get ready for trick-or-treating trails, unique character meet-and-greets and shows and a spooktacular fireworks show – there’s plenty of fun ahead at the park this year.
Here’s a look at what’s in store for this year’s Brick or Treat festivities at LEGOLAND Florida –
What to Expect at Brick or Treat at LEGOLAND Florida
As you make your way through the park, you’ll discover tons of Halloween activities, decorations and characters. New this year, be on the lookout for new show called ‘A Candy-Coated Curse” on the LEGO City Stage, featuring a pair of curious trick-or-treaters singing, dancing and chanting their way to solve the mystery.
Making her Brick or Treat debut this year – LEGO Spider Lady will be weaving webs of fun inside LEGO Kingdoms. (I know seeing her will be high on my girls to-do list!) There’s also trick or treat trails, LEGO building opportunities — and you can even shop for a LEGO Minifigure costume at the Be-A-Minifigure Costume Shop. I’m also excited to try out the Pumpkin Spice Granny’s Apples Fries.
On the weekends, Brick or Treat will conclude with a ghostly show featuring the “Tale of Pirates’ Cove,” and a Halloween fireworks spectacular in the skies above Lake Eloise. Be sure to pick up a complimentary pair of fireworks viewing glasses for a brick-tastic LEGO twist. (The fireworks look like LEGO bricks!)
Just FYI – there are no fireworks on Halloween night, so plan for a weekend if that’s on your Brick or Treat wish list!

Spend the Night at LEGOLAND Hotel
For an extra addition of fun, families can now book Halloween-themed rooms featuring ‘a lightly-frightful touch’ of spookiness. The hotel is just steps away from the main entrance to the park and includes a great breakfast buffet with your stay, daily activities and more — I can only imagine the fun they have planned for dressing up the hotel for Halloween this year.
While we haven’t experienced the hotel’s Halloween-themed rooms, we did have the opportunity to stay at the property a few years ago and had a blast experiencing being surrounded in ‘all things LEGO’. Here’s a look at our LEGOLAND Hotel stay.
